Smart Grid International Forum

There are several active smart grids technology implementations, but the system still does not take off driven down by the cost of hardware implementation and the need between distributed generation and grid stability. Are there business models that foster this sustainable process without allowing it to fall on taxpayers? And what are the obstacles to develop the system as a whole? We will try to understand it by comparing players at the antipodes of the globe with different realities and issues, to better understand how to deal with change and how, from success stories and challenges, guiding the development of an industry that, at least it is certain, is our next tomorrow.
